Exclusive deal puts Governance Exchange into BoardVantage platform

 

RiskMetrics Group and board portal-provider BoardVantage signed an exclusive agreement that embeds a RiskMetrics governance application into BoardVantage’s portal offering.

 

RiskMetrics’ Governance Exchange is a platform that enables corporate boards and management from member companies to conduct online forums, share best practices and receive updates on governance trends through white papers, webinars, surveys and other analysis.

Nearly one half of Global 2000 companies have no women executive committee members

 Corporate suite turnover continues at a “torrid pace” amid turmoil in financial markets and the risk of worldwide recession, a new study finds. IMD International Search & Consulting’s report found that ncreases in senior management turnover in the 2008 first quarter measured 55 percent for CEOs, 11 percent for CFOs and 10 percent for other C-level management.
